We're on Middel Avenue in Bainsvlei, just outside Bloemfontein off Abrahamskraal Road — five kilometres from the R64, with enough room on site to pull a bakkie or a trailer right up to your unit and unload without a queue behind you.
What you actually get
Six unit sizes, from a 10 m³ locker at R350 a month up to 91.8 m³ big enough for a boat. One month minimum, so you're not signing away a year to store a lounge suite for six weeks. Long-term rates are negotiable — ask.
Why the rates are what they are
We're not in town, and that's deliberate. Land on the edge of Bloemfontein costs a fraction of what it does closer in, and we pass that on rather than spending it on a reception area you'd walk through twice a year. It's a five-minute drive further, and it's the reason we can hold the lowest storage rates in Bloemfontein.
Security is the whole job
A storage facility is only worth what its perimeter is worth. Ours is fully electric-fenced, with motion sensors through the site, 24-hour CCTV, and armed response on call around the clock. Solar backup keeps the lighting and the alarms running when the power doesn't, which in this country matters more than it should. Every unit has a fire hydrant.
Who you'll deal with
A small local team who'll walk you to the unit, tell you honestly if you're paying for space you don't need, and answer the phone when you ring.
